Benjamin Hager is the Children’s Pastor of Deer Park First. His calling to ministry has been focused on building up the families of the church and to create a dynamic environment to engage children to learn the truth of God’s Word and the person of Jesus Christ. Benjamin has education at Baylor University (BA) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv) and has spent his life working in all areas of children’s ministry. He is passionate about helping young people finding their gifts and talents. He enjoys spending time adventuring with his family, playing board games, and watching sporting events.

He has a wonderful wife named Christie and they have two precious children.
